I am responsible for how I interact with others, on the way to reaching my DESTINY. The way I handle conflict is the way I handle business, ministry, family and friends. So do I react to conflict or do I respond to it. Reacting involves confusion and emotions, while responding involves being calm and controlled. My DESTINY requires me to be calm in my responses. Most people react negatively to adverse situations but it takes real restraint to take a deep breath before proceeding. Sincere DESTINY seekers are more than willing to respond because we know there is so much more at stake, than the current state of our emotions.
